1. About us

Fluid Smooth (operating as Fluidoyl) sells Fluidoyl (our manufacture), Mobil and HPCL industrial lubricants, greases and related products to workshops, plants, fleets, traders and other commercial buyers. Listing a pack on this site is an invitation to treat, not a firm offer. Stock and price are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

2. Prices, GST and invoices

Catalog prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout. A tax invoice is generated on the buyer’s device. Final acceptance of the order and the invoice occurs only after payment is verified as credited in our Razorpay or bank account.

3. Delivery charges*

* Delivery charges are not included in the online total. Delivery charges will be extra as applicable and as per serviceable PIN codes. We will confirm the applicable delivery charge (if any) on WhatsApp after the order is received and before dispatch. Non-serviceable PINs may result in cancellation or alternative arrangements at our discretion.

4. Payment and verification*

* Payment may be made via Razorpay (UPI, card, NetBanking), UPI to our published number, or as otherwise agreed. Title in the goods passes only after we receive and verify the amount in our accounts. Screenshots, payment-success screens or self-declarations alone do not constitute conclusive proof of settlement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if funds do not reflect within the normal settlement window (usually T+1 / T+2 working days). Genuine customers are fully supported once payment is verified.

5. Dispatch and risk

We supply pan-India from our fulfilment network, subject to stock and PIN serviceability. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier or to the buyer’s nominated address, whichever is earlier under the arrangement used. Indent / special SKUs may take longer (typically 4–6 working days).

6. Returns and claims

Unopened packs in original seal may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in saleable condition, subject to our prior written approval. Opened oil, grease and cut fluids are not returnable. Transit damage must be photographed before opening and reported on WhatsApp the same day. Claims for short supply or quality must be raised within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence.

7. Force majeure and exclusion of liability*

* Fluidoyl / Fluid Smooth shall not be liable for any delay, non-performance or inability to service an order arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural calamities, war, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, transport disruptions, payment-gateway or banking outages, supply shortages, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Any claim, charge or demand that is fraudulent, fabricated, illicit or not supported by verified payment in our accounts is void and of no effect.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any order is limited to the amount actually received by us for that order (excluding GST collected on behalf of the Government). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery details, GSTIN (if claiming input credit), and for ensuring the products are suitable for the intended industrial / commercial use. We do not supply for consumer retail use under these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or MSME protections that may apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version displayed on this page at the time of order applies to that order.
