Terms of sale

Fluid Smooth sells Fluidoyl (our manufacture), Mobil and HPCL industrial lubricants to workshops, plants, fleets and traders. Listing a pack is an invitation to order, not a guaranteed fill until we confirm on WhatsApp.

Price and tax

Catalog prices are ex-GST. 18% GST is added at checkout. A tax invoice is generated on this phone and confirmed by us after payment.

Payment

Pay by Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit card or NetBanking) into Fluid Smooth’s Razorpay account, or by UPI to 93269 63781, or wait for our confirmation. Title in the goods passes after we receive the amount.

Dispatch

Dispatch from Borivali East, Mumbai, pan-India. Delivery is free above ₹5,000 ex-GST; otherwise a delivery fee applies at checkout. Indent SKUs take 4–6 days.

Returns

Unopened packs in original seal may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused. Opened oil, grease and cut fluids are not returnable. Transit damage: photograph the pack before opening and WhatsApp us the same day.
